Keyboard buttons temporarily not working

Hello,

My keyboard is Tt eSports Meka G1 Mechanical Keyboard MX Black and rarely but sometimes my some of my buttons stop working.

But then after a couple of minutes they start work again.

I think this has happened 2-4 times and I have owned the keyboard along with my computer for about 2 to 3 years.

 

My operating system is Windows 10.

 

This has a detrimental effect when I play Overwatch competitive.

Any ideas on why it happens and how to fix it?

 

What I have tried so far:

Wait it out (this is what I have done most of the time).

Pull out the usb cord and the plug it in again (I think this might be a solution but since I have only done it once I can't say).

Update chipset drivers and if there is a 3rd party usb controller, update the driver of that too.

And where/how do I update the drivers?

You can usually find them on the website of the manufacturer of your motherboard

I downloaded all drivers that I need when I started up my computer for the first time.

About 2.5 to 3 years ago.
