Slight audio off balance

I have a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pros and Occasionally for certain sounds the sound will be slightly louder on the left side even though normally its should be equal on both sides and this slight imbalance has been driving me up the wall. What can I do to fix this?

Have you tried a different audio port / device / DAC ?

Usually warranties last several years not months...

Check your manufacturer website and contact them.
