Need some help from you guys

Good morning, afternoon, evening, and night for whomever reads this in advance. Anyhow on to the help I ask from you guys, I want to make something cool for my girlfriend for her birthday and I wanted to get some people saying happy birthday to her (messages, pictures, videos) and i was going to add everything you guys send into a YouTube video since im about four hundred miles away. Any and all help is super welcome. She's been putting up with me for over a year now lol so im doing something right.
