looking for a CPU cooler for my new build. I'm not THAT fussed about specific degree performance, if they are in 10C of eacother then I'm fine with them, however I was stuck on some things :

First, I can't seem to find a high performance air cooler that doesn't look like a huge, ugly metal block. I liked the look of the dark rock pro 3 until I saw how massive it was, it blocked out the RAM and nearly touches the graphics card.

However, on the side of watercooling , I love the look of them aswell as having, let's admit it, better performance. Obviously, there is a risk of destroyed builds, however  I'm not bothered about my build bieng destroyed if it leaks if I go with something like Corsair AIO coolers, as they offer RMA for 5 years on watercoolers and will replace any damaged components should the cooler leak. I would be glad going with a watercooler , but are their any companies that do the same as corsair? I like the look and price of thermal-take and deepcool AOI coolers much more then corsair, especially since I have experiance having a shitty corsair AIO cooler with it's loud fans, but i'd rather pay more and get a worse product through Corsair if it means my components are safe. What  AIO cooler should I get, do other companies have reliable customer service?

It depends of your budget, but i will recommend NZXT Kraken X61

Thanks for reply, there isn't really a budget but i'd rather save. I could spend up to £100 ish that's my topping point

i have a corsair H100i (the older one with shiny plastic not the newer one) i bought it refurbished from corsair and they gave me the full warranty, had it for 2 years running in both intel and amd machines no problem, while i've never had the liquid cooler fail i have had a keyboard and they just had me describe what was happening and send a picture, didn't even have to send it back before i got a replacement in the mail. in my opinion if you only want to cool a cpu an AIO cooler is the way to go. and corsair support cant be beaten.

i7 6700k - Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080 - assorted other stuff

I rarely heard about off the shelf water coolers that start leaking; anyways I think that some of them cover with warranty if they damage other components.

As a suggestion, Corsair, NZXT, Cooler Master
