Bluetooth not working!

Hello guys!

 

I noticed that the Bluetooth settings were 'missing' from everywhere (Control panel etc...)

I opened device manager, saw that (Screenshot), reinstalled the drivers, rebooted, but its still the same.

Can someone please help me?

This PC is a laptop
