WIFI problem PLEASE HELP!

Hello!

I have a huge problem. After I wiped my hard drive and installed Windows 10 my internet speeds go to 0 and then back to normal in a pattern. I have tried other WIFI connections but the pattern keeps happening. I solved this by plugging my modem/router into my PC with USB but I also need wireless to be working. The problem is in my PC not in my ISP or my router/modem.

Pls help.

There's a screenshot.

No. I have a wifi modem I guess that you can plug in with USB.  My PC thinks it's ethernet.
