Cpu Cooler

I have been using the default cooler from the cpu box, and think it's time to upgrade, any recommendation ?
ps: budget 25$ 
CPU: core i5 3470 and mainly use for gaming ( Dota 2 ) 

I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed.
 
I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.

Cooler in the sense of temps or design? :D

If you also want it to look better then consider changing some of the fan and/or the system fans aswell.
