Windows Install Help

So i just finished building my computerand i have a 8 gig usb and a windows 10 pro cd. I've spent some time trying to figure out how to install it but keep failing if someone could link me where i download windows 10 pro and configure it onto my install plus walk me through the rest i would be extremely grateful. This probably seems really basic but it's beyond me right now.

Try making an ISO image from the Windows 10 Pro DVD and then "burn" that ISO image to the USB stick. A program like Win32DiskImager should be able to do that for you.

After you download it, open it. It will ask you to accept the EULA. If you accept, you may go to step 2

After you accept the EULA, press "Create installation disk for another PC" and click next. This will will download Win 10 on your computer. (Be patient, this might take a few minutes.) when that's done downloading, move it to a EMPTY ( Format it with something like Windows Formater or similar tool.

Plug the USB drive into the blank PC. Go into the BIOS and change the boot priority to that USB drive. Restart.

This should have booted up the Windows 10 download tool. Accept the EULA again and press Windows 10, not Z. After that, enter your key and it will figure if you bought 10 or the Pro Version by itself, from the key.
