This, don't use your PC in the meantime, as the more your PC is used the more chance the sectors allocated as 'free' on your hard drive (potentially containing your save games) will be overwritten, making recovery more difficult. Download Recuva, search by file extension if you know it. Some saves might not come back 100% but you might get lucky. 

In future, maybe point your save game location to a folder within google drive / dropbox ect. I've been doing this for years to sync saves between multiple machines and have never had any issues with corruption, plus always have a backup.
