I Currently Have A FX-6300 Processor And Planning To Upgrade To  An i7 (Kaby Lake) When It Comes Out.
But Right Now Im Having Trouble Decide If I Should Get A RX480 Strix Or A GTX1060 Strix?
Then When I Get The i7

Should I Get The RX490 (When It Comes Out) Or The GTX1080?

It depends on what kind of performance you're looking for. The GTX 1060 will have better performance than the RX480, but it also carries a bit of a price premium with that.

I think you should get an i5-6600K today, and a GTX 1070. That will give you a better gaming experience for longer.

Don't get the 1060 as it has no SLI. If it gets too slow in the future, you can't add another one to boost it's speed. On the other hand, the RX 480 can. Plus, if you can wait another half year, Cannonlake will come out riding on an all new 10 nm proccess.

The 1060 has better performance as a single card, however it does not support SLI unlike the RX480. So if getting another card into your rig down the line is something that interests you then I would go for the RX480, on the other hand if you are like me and can only support one card due to a lack of extra 16x slots then I would go for the 1060.

I agree that you should probably just get an i5 with a GTX 1070 now, if price is no object.

If price is a problem and you are insistent on getting the GTX 1080 when Kaby Lake drops, I'd go for a RX 480, since it is a solid card, that will tie you over nicely till you get the upgrades.

Alternatively, if you can afford the GTX 1080 now, I'd get that and wait for Kaby Lake, if that is what you want. Since even a bottlenecked 1080 is better than a RX 480 and a 1060, whilst also saving you money, if you're going to get one down the line anyway.

I vote for i7-6700K, it is the most worthy upgrade from your FX my rules are simple Pentium to i5 or i3 yo i7. Now GPU well I am gonna make a list for you so here goes! RX 470 4GB, 480 8GB or GTX 1070 depending on how much you got left in your budget! Also do not cheap out on the PSU! You will regret it...
