Hello fellow Community,   I've ran into another fun problem where my RAM is hitting max (16GB) use and I don't run any servers or anything that eat at RAM. At idol it hit 12GB idol and when I run games my computer gets affected by it. Im kinda annoyed at it and i've looked at all my Processing and nothing is hitting hit amounts of ram. Can i please get some help. I can provide any information if need.

It's called a virus or malware. It appears when you visit sketchy sites.

Definitely virus territory. Download Malwarebytes and run a full custom scan and set it to scan for rootkits and every drive you have.

It never hurts to run a malware scan, but people here are jumping to conclusions with zero information. If you really want to track down the cause, I suggest a more methodical approach, starting with using RAMMap to see what's actually taking up all your memory.

Oh, I did forget to tell. When I download my Driver for Zotac 1070  it downloads fireStorm and a Chrome-like wanna be. I removed the chrome wan-be ASAP but I think that may be the virus. Anyone know what I'm talking about

I'm not aware of that particular software but I HATE "bundled" crapware that perfectly legit companies put with their stuff...

Bloatware (If i'm not mistaken) could be either:

Some program you don't need

Some crossover between real program and virus, taking up lots of ram and processing power for other uses, behind a useful front

Did you download any unusual tools, or pirate programs?

Again the only thing that gave me super 2nd think was when i downloaded the driver to my Zotac 1070. A program named Chroma 13 downloaded and it was blue chrome icon that was installed without my permission that the only thing I think  is doing all this.

What's super fetch? is that bios wise ( i have MSI BIOS and I hate it.) I did a scan and it came up with 4 virus. Cheat Engine, and 4 startups one that I never was in my files. Also, my windows 10 was a clean one due to I had a *cough* pirated 7 *cough* and updated when everyone said to. However, I have noticed one thing missing. I had an Update Windows 10 Key on the left side screen and now it's gone after I did that scan. I will give the RAM thing " using RAMMap " and see what it comes up with. As of right now 6:27AM (CNT) in at 3.7GB RAM / 15.9GB RAM and I haven't launched anything except for Chrome

Windows 10?

If so, then disable super fetch.

I did disable it. I think super was the problem and I do appreciate all the help. I'll run some games and other stuff and report what happens in 3-4 hours to see if i'm still getting the same problems. If it occurs again I will run RAMMap and find what's eating away at it and report it.

Basicly after disabling super fetch, your ram ussage should drop.

What super fetch basicly does is tracking which applications you use the most, and sorta preload them in in ram.
