need help with windows boot sequence

I need help

my pc froze so i shut it down using the front button. after that i tried to restart it and i found my self unable to boot. i tried reverting to a previous point like it said but it didnt work. then tried reseting windows to a new copy wile keeping my files. ran into an error and couldnt complete. also tried complete reset. but know i cant get to the automatic repair screen because im stuck in a boot loop which restart just after the screen for my motherboard. need help. i do believe that its a problem with the windows boot sequence but i dont know if i will have to reinstall it from a disk or not,

Try taking the harddrive out of the system then putting it into another system to offload all your files then do a fresh install of windows. (BTW Just an option, this is not the only solution.)

Same problem, i unplugged all my keyboard mouse etc.. leaving only the display connected, unplug from power supply, for at least 30 seconds, unplug the harddrive sata cable for 10 seconds and power it up w/o the mouse or keyboard attached

still having the same problem. also reset the bois but that didnt work
