Also getting a Z170 board with a non-K chip is a bit odd :)

get a better monitor, something around 24 inches, also, get a wd blue caviar 2tb hard drive, much better value than seagate. Ram isn't a big deal, just get a 1 8gb stick the power supply isn't the best for a gaming build with a 1060 in it. I recommend a EVGA supernova 650watt G2. Also, don't get an overclockable mobo unless you'll upgrade to a k series processor

I despise wifi for a tower, I mean if you have no other option it's better than no internet but ugh. and yeah single stick ram, dual channel memory doesn't really do much for gaming

That PSU is perfect for their build, it's proven reliable and their system will run right in the sweet spot for efficiency at full load
