500$ laptop

So im look for a semi gamig laptop that i can buy for like 500 dollars or cheaper i mainly will use it for school but it needs to be able to run csgo at at least 60 fps on medium settings preferably

Where are you from exactly? What shops are you able to purchase from? Any additional requirements?

In southeastern usa no additional requirements really i just needs to last me a couple years and play the games i listed above its really gonna be a secondary computer for me because my desktop died and im working on fixing it right now and i need the laptop for my college class 

 

edit: i would also like it to have a ssd if possible

Look for a machine with a 940M or 940MX from Dell, Asus or Lenovo. Avoid Acer and HP at that price point

It's made from cheap materials (mostly plastic), the build quality is also lacking, cooling is poor and as a result component lifespan is reduced. The screen is a shitty TN display, the keyboard and touchpad are bad and the battery life could be better. It's an overall bad product

since you seem to have very high knowledge (at least much more then me) about computer/laptops what laptop would you buy that is about 500$ or less that meets the requirements and if someone else can recommend  one that she/he approves of that would be great keep in mind i know very little about laptops/computers so...

Getting a gaming-capable machine for 500$ is hard. Like I said, look at Lenovo/Asus/Dell machines with at least a 940M or 940MX. I am not going to spend 2 hours sifting through various websites. You can do that yourself.
