RX480 and GTX 1060 are excellant 108p 60hz cards at that price point.

480, 470 or GTX 1060. 470 would probably offer the best bang for your buck, but is limited to 4GB, so its really a 1080p card. 480 offers an 8GB card so would probably be good for the long haul/and or 1440 gaming. 1060 would be a 1080/1440 card as well, but does better in the DX11 games.

 

Long haul and play the newest games? 480 because I would expect more games in DX12, and 8GB VRAM. Older games? 1060 and especially if you want a cooler running card. Strictly 1080p and best bang for the buck? 470
