Hello m, I've been having trouble turning on my PC. I took it to a computer guy and left it there for about two hours because he needed to re-build the pc because he didn't know what the problem was, when I came back, the PC was turned on and everything seemed fine, he told me that he yet doesn't know what caused this but that when he re-conected everything, it turned on, he said he even tried with another power supply and it still wasn't turning, he said my PSU was fine using a tester, when I brought the PC home, I was holding it so nothing drastically moves and makes my PC unable to turn on. When I was finally home, I connected the power cable to the PSU and the switch on ON, and nothing turned on, I tried connecting the PC on different power outlets on my house but it still wouldn't turn on, I tried using 3 different power cables but still not signal of power, BUT I connected my USB mouse and LED of the Mouse turned on. So I don't know what is wrong please help!

I'm very inexperienced with all of this, but I had a simillar issue.

What was recommended to me:

Removing the CMOS battery for 10-15 seconds (which will reset the BIOS - i think).

Open your case, and check the pins (make sure none are bent / tilted). on your Motherboard in the CPU slot. My terminology is probably 100% wrong lol.
