As the title says i am getting horribly low FPS in BF1

Also is there a way to limit the game to 30FPS so i don't get horrible frame drops!

My Important Specs Are:

Intel Pentium G3258 (2Core 2Thread) 4.7Ghz

AMD XFX RX480 8GB

Kingston KVR 1333 4x2GB Kit

Which part is the problem because in game i'm seeing everything at 100%

That includes the RX480 at 100%, the CPU and the RAM is around 7/8GB

(P.S This is at minimum 1440x900 60Hz)

(P.P.S Can someone plz find a fix <3 thanks)

Probably CPU bottleneck is not utilizing your gpu fully. I mean what can you expect out of a dual core $70 processor. Pair that RX480 up with a I5 and you can play whatever you want maxed

[CPU: 4.3 GHZ I5-4670K] [MB: Gigabyte Z87-D3H] [RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1833 MHZ (8GB)]

[GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1070] [PSU: Corsair CX-750] [Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo]
[Storage: 2TB 7200RPM HDD / 500GB Samsung 850 EVO ] [Case: ThermalTake Chaser-MK 1]

[Keyboard:Corsair K70 RGB Cherry MX] [Mouse: Razer DeathAdder] [Monitor: 2 x ASUS 24 INCH IPS (1440p Soon)]

Can you buy a Xeon 1231 v3? It'd be the best bang for you buck right now.

That's what I would do. Can you reinstall the game on a different drive? I would also check AMD's beta drivers.

Before my PC went stupid and gave me no FPS in any game, BF1 ran horribly anyway with potato graphics. I think it's a glitch more than his CPU being the problem. With the graphics settings I had the game on I would be getting 160 FPS in a different game.

Id still say its a cpu issue. Bf1 being able to utalize cpu and gpu fully. The gpu is binned at 100% so it cant be a issue of anti aliasing being enabled or off

My 4790K and 1080 are getting 40 fps. It's a buggy beta, but lowering the Res Scaling fixes it for some.

My Steam server (through VM) is getting about 70 fps when all Titans are allocated to it. Wow! Even BF3 has better fps... even though I'm in the concrete...

What was your res scaling set to at first?

When installing BF One? The res scale on the server was set to 200% same as on my desktop. I play on triples 1080@60 and set everything to Ultra and res scale to 100%. Once I had the issues worked out I started getting about 60... b/c of frame cap.

I wonder if the game auto-calibrates?

I did that exact upgrade, though my G3258 was at 4.4 GHz, and it's a night and day improvement. You'll finally see what your RX 480 is really capable of (and it's capable of a lot, it's an awesome gpu). I'm running the Xeon E3-1231v3 with a GTX 970 and I get 70-80 fps in the BF1 beta at 1080p ultra. I imagine you'll probably do a little better than that once you get your new cpu since BF1 is likely to be an AMD sponsored game. You're getting hammered by your cpu, the beta splits the cpu load pretty evenly among the 8 threads on my E3-1231v3. I'm also always at full gpu usage, so with a better video card I should be able to get way more fps with the E3-1231v3.
