EVGA webstore bugged; pissed

So I'm trying my best to purchase the 770 Classified ACX Backplate for my 770 Classified but the payment options page is NOT loading any,"Generate New Image" image. And all I see is,"The code you entered is not valid" in red. Tryna make use of the local shipping as I'm in LA for a holiday and i would NOT wanna ship a backplate all the way to Singapore so yeah..

ANY ideas..???? I'm even thinking of going down to Brea to physically buy a backplate from them •_•

Ctrl+F5/Clear Cache/Use different browser

And if that doesn't work just wait a few hours or so and it will probably get fixed.

I tried for 2hrs last night. Just tried 7 times again. With 4 different cards. AMEX/Master/VISA

Edit: just tried Firefox and Chrome after clearing cache. Same thing. EVGA WTH!? :'(

i have had that happen to me on other sites so i stopped using them... not much help but ya you can try contacting them and get them to fix it or do it over the phone if they can

Why didn't you just get a card with a backplate to begin with? And I swear it doesn't really do much for the card.

Only the Classified Hydrocopper has the backplate preinstalled. I didn't want the Hydro even tho I have a full liquid cooled system as it can only be sold to another WC'er. I would rather use a universal GPU block and mem heatsinks.

Yea ik it's a pretty crap reason but I wanna have a higher resale value(at least where I am).

Of course I may just change my mind and get the Hydroblock itself in the future but meh

The plate prolly reduces temps by a degree or two but hey it's ePeen really tbh.
