Hello to the great community ! I won't take up much of your time, let's get to the chase.

For a week now (give or take) I have a really freaking weird issue with my GPU. As you can see on my posting history on this forum , I am actually plagued by issues , errors and misfortunes here and there.
My most recent problem is a graphics card issue. My full specs is on my signature. My GPU makes a weird buzzing and/or crackling noise when I play ANY game for over 15-20 minutes (except Fallout 4) and crashes completely afterwards, displaying completely broken graphics (such as black screen, or destroyed graphics of all sorts of colors). The game either crashes completely or I must terminate it cause it's unplayable. I have an Overclocked card MSI RX 260 OC, but thermals isn't (or shouldn't be an issue) as I'm not even hitting 75C... I'll upload pictures for thermals and my PC set up.

Some side notes. I've undervolted my overheating CPU cause it went to RIDICULOUS temps, when at full load for hours (like 72 C) and I would get choppy gameplay performance or hangs. From 1.4 V to 1.25 (or sth) it's visible on the 3rd pic.  I don't think that this may be the contributing factor but I don't think so. I may also lower the OC and make it as a basic MSI R7 260 (not even factory OC) but I don't think it will change anything cause thermals are fine right now. I dunno I'm stuck...

The oc on the 260 is probabbly too much decrease the clocks, or increase voltage.

But it's factory Overclocked :( . Do it really matter?

Maybe but this weird issue occurs ONLY when playing games. I can have an awesome experience browsing , watching movies , etc. but when I play games that demand a little bit more power than Don't Starve , I have this issue.. :/ I'll try underclock and see if there's any difference.

Yeah that is one way for gpus to die where the gpu can't take the high usages.
