Are my temps good?

Corsair h80i: intake from the rear of the case

Artic Silver 5

Radiator fans set to 1718rpm 

pump at 2192rpm

ambient temps at 75*f

 

The computer idles at around 45*c

maxes at 88*C hovers around 80*c with Prime95. with 1870rpm on the rad fans.

 

Are these acceptable temperatures?

PS: they are a "bit"... high

Use some better thermal paste such as ic diamond or that noctua one (I can never rember the name

try setting it up to use Intel Turbo Boost to overclock so you'll idle at 1600mhz. my experience with that has been quite enjoyable.

For the Clock speed and the size of the radiator i wouldn't be upset with these temps!

That's some pretty bad temps to be perfectly honest with you. 

 

You might want to just change out the cooler with a nice air cooler like a Noctua.
