win10 installation error Can't install Win10, I need help!

After assembling everything i tried installing Win10 but alas it doesnt let me. It says "0x80070057 error", I've tried disabling CSM from BIOS but doesnt seem to be doing anything. I check the box of my motherboard and says its Win8 ready, does this mean WIn10 isnt supported?

 

 

This PC does not have any CD drive. I'm also using my "OLD" SSD which i forgot to wipe before putting it in this new PC. I also have another PC just incase you ask. I also got another "OLD" HDD which i could try and use if need be. SO now though where do i go from here on? Been looking online and done some CMD and tried to wipe the drive using it and was succesful but did nothing in the end.

ok, you say that it lets you go to bios, right?

if im correct, (youve prolly already done this) boot from....wait, you said it doesnt have a CD-ROM drive? what are you using, a bootable iso?
