I'd go with 500 minimum just to be safe, and because PSU's do slowly lose max power over the years as the capacitors wear out.

Having only 50~more than your load wattage is cutting it way too close.

Don't get the CS450M, get the CX450M. Although, for the GTX 1070 FTW with its advanced overclocking capabilities, I'd probably opt for the CX550M instead.

This, although if you can afford a 1070 then you can afford a PSU with a not sleeve bearing fan.

I would suggest an EVGA GQ or B2 if you're somehow crunched for money when you can afford a 1070 ;)

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
