GPU Problem in Minecraft

I am having some issues getting Minecraft shaders to work properly on my PC.

As you can tell, the GPU usage goes from 0% to 100% (see pic)

Also, sometimes the GPU gets stuck on its base clock (901 Mhz) and does not get to its boost clock. It is not PT or TT limited.

I have updated my drivers. Set the power management to performance mode. And sometimes if I restart my game, it no longer causes those issues.

I have tried different shaders. Same Issue exept that one of them looks like this. (2nd pic)

According to many people on the MC forum, this is a driver bug. Reverting to old driver does solve the graphics issue (2nd pic) but only makes performance worse.

Im kinda lost here. MC Shader.PNG
