Completely wrong. The 1080 gets bottlenecked depending on the game but the 1070 will be fine.

i have searched on google and it seems that it should not bottleneck, but another some people says that it will bottleneck at 1080p

On 1080p 144hz, but other than that the 6600k will be fine.
