Help please!

So my win 10 started up normally all my apps load like aisuite and corsair link. Yesterday i installed hfsexplorer and Java everything was working fine. I shutdown like I normally did. Upon restart I noticed my cooler led didn't change color like I normally set it to. Windows startup to the desktop by my programs didn't load like aisuite and Corsair link neither did any programs load after I click them. I restarted a couple of times. No luck. Then after booting I disconnected my Ethernet cable and surely after a few mins my desktop loaded up normally. I deleted HFS and Java. Tried again with the Ethernet connected. Same error. How do I fix this without doing a fresh install? I ran all scans came out clean even deleted Java registry files. Help please?

I already tried using restore point to the part before HFSexplorer and Java. At the restore menu it does its thing then gives an error, "Could not restore system". It reboots. It loads up windows to the desktop then says "Windows Restore successful". Yet the problem still prevails. :(

Could you verify something first?

Open windows explorer and go to "This PC"

Right click the C: drive and go into "properties"

Go to the security tab and click "advanced"

In that window, you should see something like the image below, can you tell me what is the owner (in this picture you can see it says "System", for the C: drive it should be something else, just let me know what you see);

Hey thanks for the reply, here's what I see. To be honest the problem is basically ... I boot - it loads up the desktop but my startup programs like my mobo utilities and cooler link software dont show in the lower tray area, the pc fails to open any software as if its "loading" something else in the background - surely after 5 mins it loads up fine. This is worrying me quite a bit. Thanks.

Ok, the C: drive owner shouldn't be "trustedinstaller", I do have a complicated procedure to fix that, the problem right now is that I'm stuck on my phone (work PC problems).

I'll post the complete details to fix this when I get home, it should be in 2-3 hours.
