Hi guys,

 

Just a question about GPU's. Why arent the GPU chips made so you can remove and upgrade the chip rather than the whole card? I mean, when you want to upgrade your CPU, you can remove and replace the CPU with a better one.

 

Not asking for too complicated answer!

At this point, when upgrading to a new GPU, you would also need to update the BIOS on your video card.
