Looking to upgrade

Hi I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard/cpu in december and was just wondering if I'm on the right track:

I'm not sure where to go with the motherboard. It needs to hold a 660 and an asus xonar st sound card and a friend suggested I go for a mATX board.
 
Any advice is appreciated, my budget is £300 or $480 for both and my main use would be for gaming, thanks.

Just upgrade the 4100 to a 8320/8350

Just make sure that your case is wide enough for the Hyper 212 EVO because it is a pretty tall cooler.

Thanks , I've got people telling me that I should still make the switch to intel instead of going for the 8350, do you think it's worth it? I would probably go for the i5 I mentioned in my original post if I was to do so.
