slow internet

ok so im helping my sister out with her computer via remote access. her internet is acting very slow, weird thing is in safe mode it runs fine. so i've tried disabling everything except ms services. and still no luck. yes already check for malware. came back with nothing.

Your best bet would be to do a boot scan with a solid virus scanning software like Avast or McAffe. If nothing shows up you could do a fresh install of windows and you should be clean of any malware after.

Disabling random services in hopes of stopping whatever malware you might have on your PC isn't a very solid bet.
