Hello guys, i am planning to buy a new gpu, probably an rx480, 1060 or 1070. I have  Phanteks Enthoo evolv mitx pc case. I have a 200mm fan in the front and a 140 shadow wings 2 as an exhaust. My cpu is an i5 6600k 4.5Ghz 1.3volts with a bequiet dark rock pro 3. Do you recommend a blower style gpu or an open-air one? Also can you recommend any type of fan upgrades if needed?

That case is roomy enough and with enough ventilation to handle an open cooler, however you do have a CPU with an overclock in there too. I'd stick with the blower cards since these are low voltage enough that they're relatively silent and ok with blower fans plus you might want to go to a smaller case in the future where a blower would be better.

But either should work I think.

I would go with an FE if the card has little space between itself and the floor. But that case is pretty good so any card should do nicely.

The 1060 6GB from Zotac is small if you're looking to keep the small theme going.

I just built inside your case less than a month ago. Even though it is Mini ITX, obviously it is big for that segment of cases. I don't see you having any issues putting either card in there. Due to the case size, I think it would benefit more from an open air push down designed card. As for fans, that 200mm in the front is actually pretty good and wasn't super loud. I would leave it and if you are looking for more silence or better thermal performance further down the road, grab some fans from Noctua and paint them to match your build.
