Need help on my FIRST build.

I'm planning out my build and I have almost everything thought out I just need to know if I should go for a 980ti or look into the new 10Series cards. Your help is mucho appreciated.

2 gb more VRAM and Pascal features

Semi budget 6600k is my cpu of choice and I found the 980ti on microcenter for $379 so I'm debating whether getting it or invest in a 1070 or 1080

I'd opt for the GTX 1070 since it's not too much more. Ignore the GTX 1080 and bump that CPU up to the i7 6700K.
