Deepcool Tesseract and Corsair 88R would be my top picks for under 50.

NZXT Source 220, Rosewill Stealth, and Thermaltake Versa for 50 - 100.

After that I'd consider Fractal Design R-series.

Define S and NZXT S340 are pretty nice standouts in the 50-100 range as well.
