Razer Mamba Won't work Wirelessly

Hi all,

 

So last Christmas I got a Razer Mamba and it's been working dandy for like almost a year. A couple of weeks ago, it stopped working wirelessly altogether. I switch it to 'on' and unplug it but there's no light (unusual), and when I plug the cable into the charging station nothing happens, no illumination or signal. Razer's FAQ just tells you to call but I wanted to see if there was an actual solution. Thanks!!
