GPU config question

So it would most likely shut my pc down right, but is killing the card or other parts a likely possibility at all?

It's unlikely that power going out will kill something, but it IS possible.

So I was wondering, lets say I have a pc with two GPUS and both are powered by different power supplies when one PSU is disconnected, what will happen (That PSU is not connected tom the GPU that is running the displays, if that makes a difference).

BSOD. GPUs were not made to be hot plugged within PCs.

BDOS stands for black screen of death right? Does this mean Id kill my pc or GPU?

Doesn't necessarily mean you'll have a hardware failure. Though you'll most likely need to hard shutdown your PC.
