OUKITEL is releasing a new device named OUKITEL C4 with high-end design while maintaining the usual lowest price among 4G smartphones.

By releasing the new device OUKITEL C4 with MT6737 Soc, they determined the price of this 4G smartphone same as 3G devices like those with MT6580 chipset.
