I currently have a core i7 4790k not overclocked,  gigabyte board, evga 960, 16gb ddr3 memory, 256 samsung 850 evo ssd, kraken x61 cooler, corsair cx750 psu all in the cooler master storm strker case.  now here is my problem.  i wana get into pc gaming and the 960 just aint gonna cut it.  should i upgrade the gpu to a 1070 or should i just sell the entire pc and build a new one?  if i was to build a new one my budget would be about $1200 US.  it can be a bit more but rather it not.  i wana be able to play pretty much any game at 1080 at 60fps or more.  eventually i will be upgrading monitors to higher resoulution so i want a gpu that will be able to support it.  my only things that i would want in a new build if i did one would be no asrock motherboard,  prefibly mid tower case and not cooler master.  fully modular psu would be nice but not needed.  so what do you guys think?  should i do a new build or just upgrade my existing one and also if i sell it what do you think i could get out of it?  thanks
