New PSU or cannibalize old one?
AS you may know, if my memory serves me right, that psu reaches it's peak efficiency, around 90%, at about 50% load. 50% of 850, is around 425, so, roughly, the wattage you'll consume with the new system. in load, you'll reach your peak efficiency, therefore, having the great psu you have, i'd say: keep it. the tendency is for hardware to be more efficient, and that's a lot of "power supply" you have there. you'll only be "wasting" a bit of energy while idling... so... and even then... let's do some very basic math, shall we?
Let's suppose you would buy something along the lines of a 550x(not that i would recommend that, because i don't, but...), it's an extra ~120$ for the psu alone.
and let's push the crap out of it by pushing the full 460W , that's about 84% of the power supply power, so, as you can see in the graph, it will fall around 0.89% effiency, and that means, it would be pulling ~517w out of the wall... in the current psu you have, by my calculations, it's about 90% of the psu's effiency, so... it would fall in SAVING not only the 120 cost of the new psu, as well as 6w per hour, as your psu would be pulling only ~511w... i know... there are other things to have in account as having a new psu, energy loss, things like that... but... the difference is so negligible you won't notice it... 6w an hour is about 0.006kw. even if you have the pc on full load 24/7, it will be 0.006*0.15$*24*365=7.884$ per year... and that's what you save by keeping your current psu... yeahy! lol let me say this again: these are very, very "simplified measures", in real life you have to take other things in account, but, your psu is perfect, that's kindof the sweet spot. do not ruin it... eheheheheh
Hope i've aided in some way... Water bro (because i do not drink beer...)

P.S.: I would wait for the ZEN CPUS to get out... even if they suck, or aren't that good, intel will have to go down in their prices...
