I am really fed up with the sub-par performance my 6350 can offer nowadays, it used to be a beast (especially for the price of 110 euros) back in 2013 but now that I do more intensive video editing and games are harder to run I struggle to find a balance of good settings, framerate and resolution. So I've been scouring ebay to find good deals on used cpus and motherboards and I have found some decent pieces but im not sure if I should go for it, my budget is around 250 euros + shipping to greece but I might be able to pull 270 off with a bit of waiting. The cpus I have found so far include: Xeon E5-1650 , Xeon E5-2670 , i7-3930K , Xeon X5690. If you have something else in mind that is better or about as good I would much appreciate if you would tell me. Also I would appreciate if you had a candidate for a motherboard that goes with that cpu (all withing the budget)

Keep in mind used x79 boards are expensive about $200-$250USD or about 180 to 220 euros.

 •E5-2670 @2.7GHz • Intel DX79SI • EVGA 970 SSC• GSkill Sniper 8Gb ddr3 • Corsair Spec 02 • Corsair RM750 • HyperX 120Gb SSD • Hitachi 2Tb HDD •

i second this.

you would be better off finding a good H97 motherboard with a used i7 4790. that CPU is still quite the beast by today's standards, and should be a nice upgrade.

An i7 6700k (4790k if you have ddr3) and a z chipset motherboard is a better option as you get newer features, and it will be as good as the 1650, and 2670 in multithreaded, and way better in singlethreaded.

Thanks but remember I have to get a motherboard and cpu for under 250-270 euros + shipping though . . .

If you're looking into a used market, I can strongly recommend getting an i7-3770/3770K if your budget allows it, they're around OC'd FX-8350 in terms of multithreaded performance and are more than sufficient for video editing and streaming. They're a great deal price/performance-wise. I had an FX-8350 @4,5gHz, now switched to an i7-3770 @3,9gHz with Turbo to 4,3gHz and it's more than enough for any kinds of tasks. X79 is simply too expensive for what it offers, it'd be wiser to look into i7-4770/4770K if your budget is way above the Ivy Bridge mark.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

I found this should I trust them ? It says trusted but 'm not sure if I should trust that xD

Do not get i7-4820, it's still X79 and it's only a 4 core 8 thread one, not worth for an X79 platform. Look into the ones I mentioned. i7-3960K is also a choice as it's a 6 core, but you are still forced to throw shitloads of money for an X79 motherboard.

I found this but I can't seem to find a deal for an i7 within 250-270 + mobo + shipping . . .
