Relationship - what should I do...

Okay I need advice, because I've been thinking about this and I'm really not sure how to approach this. A couple of nights ago some buddies and I went out and we ended up deciding to go to the bar (lounge). One of our friends, who isn't of legal age, decided he was going to stick around and see if he could get in without ID. Fortunately, I thought, my girlfriends sister was serving that night, and therefore didn't ID us because she trusted me and knew I was of legal age. The night went on smoothly, we left, and that was that. Two days later, I get a text from my girlfriend saying that her sister is extremely angry and that I have lost all of her trust. It turns out my girlfriend knew that one of my friends wasn't of age, told her sister, and then now she's upset with me. Apparently it's a large fine for not checking ID as well. Not to mention her parents also found out. So now I'm here, with her parents and her sister hating me, all because of going to the bar with one of my friends who wasn't of age, and not saying that we shouldn't have gone. I'm not sure what to do, because my girlfriend is also mad and has called me irresponsible and selfish. I've tried explaining to her that it wasn't my idea and that I wasn't aware of the consequences, but she just saw it as me being ignorant, so now I'm mad. How do you guys think I should approach this, because I've asked for her sisters number to apologize, but she declined giving it to me.

thanks everyone, sorry for the long read.

Hmm I mean if you are in your twenties its not a big deal. It's something stupid that young people do all the time. Shit I had a fake ID when I was 19 here in the U.S.. Unless this girl and her family are like super religious righteous it shouldnt be that big of a deal. We all do stupid shit. I would just apologize and then let them get over it on there own terms.

Let me put it this way. Worse things could happen. Your girl could've found you sleeping with another chick. Just saying its not that big of a deal.

Move on to the next relationship.  You're not responsible for the actions of others.  It is the servers job to ensure all patrons are of legal age to consume alcohol.

Don't let her guilt you for something that is not your fault.  Never take responsibility for someone else's actions.

She just failed doing her job properly.

She has no right to blame her own failure on you.

Even know that you were aware of the fact that one of your friends did not had the legal age.

She´s is still the one who did not do her job professionaly..
