Hi Guys

So i rma'd my today card Asus Strix GTX 970 fac oc Because my games / benchmarks crashes while playing it with wierd different screen colors

And browsing the internet/youtube also does the same problem. However problem does not occur if i use msi after burner fan speed up to 50-67% in the past months. But this day in the morning with high fan speed the probelm occurs continously so i rma it. Also the technician said i should have brought my whole pc so they can test it before sending to asus manufacturer, but he suspect my psu for not providing enough electricity. Why's that?

Some help pls.

I suspect the GPU is causing artifacting so you made a good choice.

As for the technician and the power supply, don't worry about it because he doesn't know what he's talking about. Your build is getting nowhere near 650W (realistically around 350W under full load and everything overclocked). The power supply itself is great quality so I would rest easy about it.

Once you get the GPU back, see how it goes.

Your 650W Seasonic that can power 3 non overclocked 970s is not the problem.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
