The main problem i see is the limited air intake on the bottom. I think the larger Thermaltake would be better all around.

Something like this would likely provide better cooling as the fans would be much more direct at the intake ports.

will you care to explain how efficeitnly  the thermaltake one's air flow would operate  with my laptop ? , and  how exactly the Thermaltake one will categorize the air flow , ? will it pull cool air from bottom or sideways ? given though my laptop will pull air from bottom and  exhaust it through fins in the top :/

Generally Laptops pull in fresh air from the bottom using mostly a vacuum like force from the blower coolers to pull the air inside. The thermaltake would move alot of air around the bottom of the case, but not necessarily optimally into the intake holes for your laptop. Based on the intake section of your laptop, I think the cooler I linked would have fans better positioned to give a direct intake, or as near direct you can get, to feed fresh air into the vents to help with cooling. Unfortunately, laptops are designed to run hotter and thus throttle much harder than there desktop counter parts and has been a very real problem for as long as "gaming" laptops have existed.
