It just means that they overclocked it for you. Nothing more.

Although do take note that some non founders edition cards have extra power inputs and better cooling, which is better for overclocking then founders edition cards

Superclocked means it's clocked higher than the specification NVIDIA originally set. That's all. GeForce 10 cards though get ACX 3.0 cooler (older cards didn't, they had to have ACX in the name if they were using the cooler).

Most GTX 1070 and 1080 cards are not binned, meaning, there is as much chance of getting a good overclocking GPU from the cheapest model as there is from the most expensive. However, the cooling system of some cards will allow a card to run cooler and quieter than others, and also to run at higher clock speeds without problem.

None of the EVGA chips are binned, and when buying a more expensive model, you're paying for things other than speed. The GPU boost technology, which all Pascal cards have, will increase a Pascal GPU beyond what any of the factory overclocks are, and so factory OCs aren't really of significance with Pascal.
