Sub $1500 i7/1070

Fixed the merchants to just Amazon and Newegg for easier shipping.

PCPartPicker part list

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($303.91 @ Amazon)

^You might encounter minor bottlenecking in a few games with that i5

CPU Cooler: Cooler's been left out for now, unless the Cryorig H7 is available on newegg/amazon for ~$35
Motherboard: MSI Z170A PC MATE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($99.99 @ Amazon)

^Z170 board in the price range of H170's so why not
Memory: Mushkin Blackline 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($55.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($156.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 8GB G1 Gaming Video Card  ($429.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Phanteks ECLIPSE P400 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($74.99 @ Amazon)

^recommending this over the S340, also that case is actually ~$85 when you get it on SuperBiiz
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA GS 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($80.98 @ Newegg)

^Almost same price as the 550W G2 and GS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Pro OEM 64-bit  ($28.00)

^Buy the OS from this link: https://www.kinguin.net/category/19429/windows-10-professional-oem-key/ -change the currecy to USD

^How to: https://youtu.be/yXTqz3Fd28M
Monitor: AOC i2267Fw 22.0" 60Hz Monitor  ($99.99 @ Amazon)

^Better 22" IPS monitor, IPS's display better colors and have wider viewing angles compared to the regular TN

^consider a 23-24" for $10-20 more

^Btw if you're just gaming on 1080p, a 1070 is overkill maybe just stick to the 1060(?)
Keyboard: Corsair STRAFE RGB Wired Gaming Keyboard  ($139.95)

^Get this on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2bnqDce
Total: $1476.40 - $10 rebate = $1466.40

If you visit the partpicker link it says there it's over $1500 but refer to the base total since you won't be paying for the shipping fees.

Cryorig H7 cpu cooler: http://bit.ly/2brzRnG -wait till price goes down to $35
