Will you be using the VM's for gaming or work? You would likely need a GPU for each VM for gaming.

Hey I will not be using VM's for gaming . I will be Gaming on my Host Machine .

VM's are mainly used for running Linus Distro's and Windows Machines.

Your biggest issue in that case is the RAM. I usually allocate 6-8GB for each VM in my household but it's a gaming server.

- Master Air Maker is terrible value

- Get a cheap aftermarket like Deepcool Gammaxx 400

- Get the E5-2620V4 it's not more expensive

- Get 950 Pro instead of 850 Pro (much better). SM951 is also a great choice .

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Hey I was confused because of using ECC RAM

because I am using Xeon E5 and the Board which i am planning to use for this build also supports ECC Server RAM.

You shouldn't need ECC for virtualization

If one VM crashes, the sticks used by the others will be compromised as well. ECC is my recommendation if you can swing it. If not, get a 1600Mhz kit and forget about anything that has an XMP profile or is overclocked.
