Hello guys i plan naming my channel Project Youtube i havent seen anyone use this channel name, am i allowed to use such thing?

You can use any name you wish. But that name is not really creative. Why would you want your channel to be a project. A project is something planned, unfinished.

You can use "YoutubeSucksBigDicks" and they will not do anything

I just came up with this when i saw TheSyndicateProject, well it will be never finished anyways.
