Looking to spend about 100$ on an upgrade to my PC:

i5-6500

z170 asrock pro4

16gb ddr4

rx 480 (sapphire reference)

600b evga PSU

cs1311 ssd

Was wondering if I should upgrade CPU to an i5-6600K or put money into a new video card.  Both are assuming I will recoup money from selling old component.  In Boise, I should be able to get 230$ for my RX 480, and 150$ for my i5.  So I can spend up to 250$ on CPU or 330$ on a graphics card.

Comp:  i5-6500, Hyper d92,  Z170 Asrock Pro4s, Crucial Ballistix 16gb DDR4 2400, CS1311 SSD, EVGA 600b, GTX 1060 MSI Gaming 6gb, Lancool K62 case

Sorry, forgot to mention it is a gaming comp, 1080p  27" IPS 60hz.  I was kind of leaning towards a GTX 1060 or RX 480 with AIB cooler.

Is the general consensus that is the most bang for buck?  My current card is running at 2125mhz mem, and 1315ghz clock, on the reference blower.

I just have money burning a hole in my pocket and would rather put it into PC than buy 100, $1 cheeseburgers.

The Cooler I mentioned will make your pc a lot quieter and cooler , better for the longevity of the card.

What voltage is the card and cpu at?

I am at work so i will have to guess.  I think the GPU is running in the 850-1150 range depending on state.  The CPU is running at stock.  The CPU is using a Hyper d92 cooler.

So you think i should keep the reference card and buy a different cooler for it?  Not sure there is a kit for $100.
