Hi, Im buying a new phone and I am deciding between the Huawei honor 7 lite, the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua and the Lenovo K5. Please ignore the pricing, I just want general comparison of which is best?

Tbh, if pricing isn't an issue (You didn't say) I would go with any of these brands. Phone likes the OnePlus Three are amazing at amazing value

I said we should ignore the prices (they dont differ that much), but this are the three in my price range and these are the only 3 I can buy from my service provider

Xperia M4 Aqua, I have it... It's a great phone! You really can't go wrong with it!
