Streaming Settings?

Hi everyone,

 

So I want to start streaming to twitch and play games like CSGO, dead by daylight and other fps games but I would want to know  if I am able to do so with my config and my upload speed.

 

My specs:

- Intel core i3 4160

- GTX 960 2GB

- 8GB ram

 

My upload and download speed:

 

- Download 40mb

- Upload 3mb

 

So would I be able to stream with obs?
