Hi. Can anyone tell me how big a i7 6700k CPU is? I am trying to make a 3D model and I am looking for the exact dimensions for this CPU. Thanks!

Do you also know how tall/thick it is, maybe how thick the different parts are (PCB, heat spreader)?

Just making it because I like making 3D models of PC hardware, also lots of CPUs at the 3D warehouse are not to scale, so I would like to give it a try myself.
