System (G:) appeared.

Not sure but I suspect it might be a virtual CD/DVD, check if any new software has been installed like daemon tools... or ask your friend what's happened.

its likely a virtual drive, maybe your friend installed something like a ram disk or some other kind of virtual drive?

I would've said it was your system reserved drive... but It doesn't appear to be though you do have a lot of empty hidden small partitions. That confuses me also. It might still be a reserved drive just not showing up

He said that, he used my laptop to copy things only, Do you think if I format, or reset the laptop, It will go away??

So, did you look in the control panel->programs  to see if there are any programs you don't recognise?

no programs I dont recognise. but I wander why the Office was installed today, I've install it a long time ago, it is any update will change the date??
