They would be almost the same in terms of performance. Just go with whatever you like the most or is cheapest.

Well i read about XFX its the best one of rx 460 series right now, maybe imma go with that

Cheapest one. They all will perform the same and boost/OC to about the same and be within 1-2% of each other in terms of frame rates.

PSU's are a bit different as the "cheapest" one can severely harm and shorten the life span of components. In my signature, there is a thread linked for the PSU tier list. You will likely want something off the Tier 2 or Tier 3 list for your system to ensure good clean power delivery. If you can switch the cash for Tier 1, that is what you should ultimately go with.

Well, i took atx ts 430w cause everyone told me to take it, cause it was the best for that price. And im just woundering if it will work okay with XTX rx 460

That should be good. It is a Tier 3 PSU so it is the recommended range.
